Maximizing my stuff

I have M-Audio AV40s and a B&W Zeppelin. I would like to have both of these connected to my Mac Mini (it's a newer one with intel stuff, if that matters). What sort of hardware would allow these speakers to reach their full potential without being more than they can utilize?
