rmilewsk
I'm just getting the following setup to use with my windows 7 64 bit computer as a source. I have quite a few high resolution files I will be playing using the USB output of my computer into this setup. All of my files are in FLAC format. Audez'e LCD-2 with ALO Audio CU RW8 Chain Mail Cable Burson Headphone Amp 160 MHDT Labs Paradisea 3 Non Over Sampling Tube DAC MHDT Labs USBridge USB to SPDIF converter I'm assuming I will need to: Download and install the drivers for the USBridge onto my pc. Download and install some music playing software. Which one? foobar, J River? mediamonkey? My question is: What do I need to do to setup my windows 7 computer to utilize this setup with the highest quality? and I'd really like to use a simple media playing software and not something that has tons of features I will never use like foobar, JRiver etc. I will ONLY be using this software to play back my files on my desktop. Not as a server, music manager, ripper, video streamer etc. What is the best simplest software out there? Quality is really what I want with good ease of use. Is something like J River media jukebox an option? Link to comment
