Janne
I'm confused. To play music with a streamer/network player, by ethernet or Wifi, from my home network, can I use any NAS? Does it need specific software? Should it have Twonky (whatever that is)? Can I just connect it to my Time Capsule, copy my music to it and start streaming to all devices? Can I play music from it on a Mac or a basic kitchen Wifi-radio/music player? What do I need to know when I go and buy one? Sorry if this has been asked a million times before, couldn't find the answers. thanks! iMac or Rega Planet[br]Hegel HD20[br]Densen Beat B-100[br]Wilson Benesch ARC[br] Link to comment
winst
I use a Qnap NAS, and rather than having a computer on all the time, I just use a media player (box) and stream music/movies to my TV/sound system (wired) winst Link to comment
Janne
Seems that any NAS will do then, ok. What about the software, does it matter? thanks! iMac or Rega Planet[br]Hegel HD20[br]Densen Beat B-100[br]Wilson Benesch ARC[br] Link to comment
