Is Allo dead? I've been trying to get support since 2022 with no response.

I've had a problem with an Allo digione and first tried to contact them about it in 2022. Tried on this forum and other email addresses linked to their business. Product was under warranty and they never even bothered to respond with multiple, nice, attempts.

doesn’t answer your question, but your consumer warranty is (possibly) not with Allo… it will be with the dealer/ company where you purchased the product (so it would only be Allo if you purchased directly from Allo).
