usbridge signature plugged into a 12V

Should i do?

Was it plugged into 12 v, it is a USB C connection on it, have you used it? I use the 5v connection.

Hi larz netz,

Because I was using an adapter 5.5m plug→ C switch, I took the wrong 12v power supply, plugged it into the usbridge socket, and then heard a pop sound, then it dosen't work. maybe the motherboard was burned out, I wonder if I can replace the fuse?

Hi RTV,

Have you tried to disconnect your dac?  When you do connect 5v now are there any indicator lights?  I mean the PWR led or ACT led.

The only other idea is to make certain that the 5v power is in order.  Can you test it w a meter, or try to power a different device with it?  I don't think there is a fuse on the USBridge Signature.

I have tried it, my 5V power supply is normal, I have no problem connecting it to other usb power supply, and then I connect it to the socket of usbridge, the lights of act and PwR are not on, and there is no reaction at all  No, I think maybe some components are burned out,
