Qobuz 400 error bad request when using HiBy R3Pro Digital Music Player

Recommended Posts

After notifying HiBy Support their first suggestion was to set the correct date, year and time on the HiBy R3Pro. And (according to them) I would then be able to play music from Qobuz. These settings were already correct. This sounded like a ridiculous solution.
Did nothing.
Next was to log in and log out of Qobuz. Before they even suggested this I logged in and out 2 times..no difference or solution.
After I log in to Qobuz from the R3Pro I can click on “new albums” and the albums appear. I can then click on an album and open it. When I click on a song I get the http 400 error code bad request.
When I click on “my favorites” then albums I get the message “play list not found”.
HiBy is not much if any help to find an adequate solution. I know the next thing they will tell me is switch back to TIDAL. I won’t be doing that.

I have also messaged Qobuz support with no solution.

I’m hoping someone here might have a solution. If not this player is useless for streaming from Qobuz. It can only be used for playing installed music files, something I don’t need.
