New Shanti : No power from power supply

Hi - I just received my Bundle of: DigiOne Signature Player ,  Shanti LPS Dual (both clean and dirty side), memory card etc.  Unfortunately the Shanti power supply isn't working. I've checked the following:

1. Power lead is working (tested on other devices)

2. The Voltage is set correctly to 230V (I'm in the UK)

3. There is no DC output on either of the 5V outputs (tested with a meter)

 

I therefore can't connect up my Pi/Digione player as I can't get clean or dirty side power.

 

Any ideas out there as to the problem would be very much appreciated !

Can you please check the FUSE status. 

 

FUSE is near to AC power cord ,you need to remove using some needle

 

 

If FUSE is blown ,one additional FUSE is added inside ,please replace it with that and check
