my new Usb sig has topped working

Hi my new usb sig & digione sig have stopped working. I am using volumio. & ethernet connection, there are no ethernet leds lit but the green power & red activity leds are coming on.

Than you for your reply. I followed the imstruction. Unfortunately there is still no Ethernet working. I also tried with the ( previously worked fine) usb wifi dongle which I purchased from allo at the same time as the unit. It would not work or light up either.

Please advise.

Other things I have tried:

I have tested the Ethernet source by connecting it to my rp4 with digione sig hat. It works fine that way.
