spectrum analizer using mic input on pc

Hi all does any one know of any software that i can do a frequency sweep on my pc and have a graph of my output on the screen im looking to use the mic input to record the sweep i have. I know i can get sound level meters from various electrical stores and sit there with a pad and mark the DBs down just wondering if any one knows of a computer based software that will do the same job cheers all steve

I don't know of any for PC, but I use this on my iPhone and iPad.

Dr. Jordan code is very good for this. I am sure there are some free ones out there but this is what I use for PC's.

 

I use the Faber stuff for MAC and iPad, iPhone stuff.
