Replacement on Capacitor for Katana Bundle Set

I bought a Katana Bundle set back in 06/10/2019 (#005982), and recently I have notice there there is some residue on the base of the capacitor.  Does this signify a potential failure of the capacitor, and is there some way that I can buy a replacement capacitor through Allo or through other mechanisms?  What is the exact spec of the capacitor if I want to replace it.
