-ol-
Hello, I know that I am not the first one to raise this question but I haven´t found a definitive answer from Allo regarding this topic, so I am asking again over here: I am very much looking forward to receiving the VOLT+D amp in a couple of days, it will be powering a pair of high efficiency speakers (96dB), Fullrange drivers). Since my main speakers are somewhat limited in the lower regions I am also using an active subwoofer which should be connected to the amp via High Level connection. So, here´s the question: From my understanding Allos´ VOLT+D is a BTL amplifier, i.e. L/R speaker negative (-) do not equal proper ground. Is there a position on the PCB of VOLT+D which could be used as a reference point for grounding? Soldering is no problem... ;) Any help is very much appreciated, I am quite sure that I´m not the only one wondering about the best approach to this given situation. Cheers from Germany, Oliver P.S.: I also sent this question to the Allo support but haven´t received any reply?! Link to comment
