Allo Katana Low level and Distortion

Hello,

 

I was wondering if I can get some help with my Allo Katana, a few days ago the level dropped to about 1% of the usual level and the sound quality has substantially dropped (not listenable) due to severe distortion. I can't see any abnormalities on the board. Could you help me with this?
