Allo Revolution broken micro-usb port :(

Hello, my allo rev dac micro-usb port has fallen inside the case just now :(  Is it possible to get help?

The port on my 2nd allo revolution dac broke.. I won't ask for a replacement but I just want you to know maybe you have a problem with manufacture or you need to update the design to make the ports stronger :(  this time I was super careful and used a different micro-usb cable.. and the port didn't get pushed in, it came out when I removed the micro-usb cable.. now I need to shop for a new dac :(

I showed the picture to my friend and he says maybe the usb port wasn't soldered down, or not soldered down well
