DSD Upsampler and Decoder Setup

Does anyone have any idea how to setup the posted three items together?  The item with RCA is the DAC and the other blue board is the DSD upsampler. 

 

The following chips are used

PCM2706: Connected to computer through USB. Transfers data vis i2s to AK4137.

AK4137: Upsamples and converts to DSD format. Connected to ES9018k2M DAC via i2s.
