Pixxel
Hi, we have problem with Piano 2.1 DAC in new Moode audio 6.6 and 6.7.x with Linux kernel version 5.4.51. It looks like driver of Piano 2.1 has some problem with new Linux kernel. Is there any possibilities that you look at it please? This post maybe tell you more details about problem. Thank you Px Link to comment
Lurkio
+1 for this - to add a few more details the 2.1 driver doesn't work at all though I attempted to add the additional firmware from your GitHub , MPD config doesn't recognise any i2s device available Stereo audio can be made to work using the non 2.1 Allo Piano driver so this confirms there is no hardware issue and the device also works with Moode 6.52 and earlier although there is a issue of settings not being saved after reboot Happy to provide any additional info and to test any potential fix Tx Lx Link to comment
KmPan
I am also having same issue, piano 2.1 not working with moode6.6+ , as kernel is 5.4... When revert back to old moode 6.5.2 with 4.19 kernel., Everything normal. Link to comment

Piano is not recognized with the plus drivers. snd-allo-piano-dac-plus soc:sound: ASoC: Neither/both codec name/of_node are set for PianoDACPlus I will try with a kernel 4. Link to comment
cablecutter
Yeah, seems like ALLO just doesn't support their products anymore. Time to find a new company. Pixxel 1 Link to comment
