panosm
Hi guys, used a Kali on a Pi4 for appr. 14 days and it died on me. I use a DIYINHK es9038Pro Dac. It seems that one of the small flip flops (not sure if its a flip flop, it says p79 on the chip) is shorting all pins to the ground. Anyone knows if this is a SN74LVC1G79 chip or what is it? I filed a replacement case with my vendor and ordered a new one but this think takes time so if I can fix it, it will be great. p.s. This particular DAC sounds better without the Kali. Anyone had similar experience? I have other dacs, that need the Kali to work, as they do not have a master clock so its good to have one or two lying around Link to comment
