Help with Audio Technina ath-40x eq

Hi everyone,my name is Alex and i'm new to this forum.
I wanted to ask some help with equalizing my pair of ath-40x, so i don't know anything about the audiophile world, but after a few years of using these heaphones i found that the sound isn't really that much "surrounding", i feel like it is a bit bland, it allows me to hear every instrument in songs in general, but still it doesn't feel very immersive.

Sadly i don't know how to use an equalizer, plus i haven't got any sound card on my pc except the one included on my asus z170 pro gaming motherboard, i would like to ask if someone would like to help/guide me into understanding how to equalize my headphones, so that the sound could feel a bit more immersive and less "flat" all around, if it's possible.
