Katana w/Volumio: No audio

[LX-Mini-Studio]

I have a Katana w/ Isolator on RPi 3b+ without a single issue.

Powered with two separate 5A 5-vdc linear power-supplies.

 

I follow the power-on sequence by the manual (first MC, then Isolator, confirmed Katana's J30 closed and all other jumpers in proper 2/3 configuration).

 

Unfortunately, no sound anymore.

Symptoms similar to other posts.

 

1. Volumio is fully operational;

2. Increasing amplifier's volume to 100, but still don't hear anything;

3. Both large Nichicon caps look fine;

4. Slight humming noise from the RPi/Katana stack if powered up

 

Voltages measured on MC board:

GND-5V -> 4.98 V

GND-4,2V -> 4.26 V

GND - +15V -> +17.36 V

GND - -15V -> -17.29 V

 

Allo Customer Support, please advise next steps.
