Organizing Music in JRiver

Not sure if this has been covered yet, maybe it's something very simple or maybe I don't know how to use the search function properly.

 

I just purchased jriver and added my my music library to the software. What a mess. I have ~1TB of flac files and everything is really scattered and unorganized.

 

What do you guys to for good organization? Is it all based off ID3 tags? Is redoing all my id3 tags the best method?

Also, in regards to genre, is there anyways to add multiple genres to the music file so jriver shows it as a multiple genre file, or maybe list the song/artist under each individual genre?

 

Also how do I get coverart to show under the library? Do you just put a file in the folder called cover.jpg?

 

Also, when in theatre mode is there any cool 3d visualization display addons besides the normal bouncing media center image or artist cover art, or anything fancy to have it scroll through images related to the artist?

 

Any help would be much appreciated. I think I have a bit of work ahead of me.
