DigiOne Signature Player has no sound output

Hello Allo,

 

  I bought a DigiOne Signature Player in June 2019.  It worked well until recently.  No more sound from the coaxial output.  Even Moode hangs or behaves very slowly.  I thought it was a Moode issue, and re-installed with the latest Moode.  Same problem.  In the end, I configured Moode to use the USB output from the Pi board, and it is now working well.

 

  It seems like the DigiOne Signature board is having an issue.  I would like to have your confirmation.  Thank you.

Have you tried the BNC output?  I've had two units now and the coaxial has failed on my original unit and the replacement. I just use the BNC now. Can't be bothered to go through the hassle of returning it again.

Thank you for the suggestion.  But I do not have a BNC input on my DAC.

I suspect it could be an issue with the DigiOne board, as Moode freezes when I tried to play or pause the song.  Could be the driver trying to communicate with the DigiOne board, but not having a response back causes Moode to freeze.

I do not have a BNC input either. I bought a BNC/Coax adaptor and used my coax lead. Can't help you with the Moode issues I'm afraid.
