HTPC - fanless

Hi guys,

 

I’m finding the tyranny of choice overwhelming, could anyone recommend a good htpc that can run Roon and Plex, which is good value for money.

 

I would most likely only ever use Plex to transcode 2 streams and Roon to also do 2 streams with upsampling up to 32 bits with room correction. 

 

My roon endpoint will be a Pro-Ject stream box ultra 2 so it dosent have to have a low noise power supply but because the pc will be in the same room as the hifi it must be fanless. I also own a 10tb NAS and already own a SSD so not worried about hdd storage size
