Vortexbox player that is by default installed in Vortexbox does not support gapless playback, but SqueezeSlave does!

I got gapless playback when I installed Squeezeslave as local client, as opposed to Vortexbox player.

Interesting is that Vortexbox also has the mpd service running. I wish that Squeezeboxserver supports the client/server interface to MPD.

Or that iPeng supports the MPD interface. OR that MPoD improves it's features, MPoD seems an unfinished product, while MPaD looks slick.

Sadly Squeezeslave only supports 16/44.1 but it is gapless.
