itunes issues with xp and itunes 10.0.1.22

I've got 3 problems that have gone unanswered in Apple ITunes forum discussion. I'm hoping someone here can help.

 

1. A number of discs both brand new or old will not transfer completely from cd to my music library. I clean discs before importing and they play fine both on computer and on my home cd players. It also happens on media monkey as well. I use lossless format. Any suggestions?

 

2. I have almost 25,000 songs in my library. Is there any way to sort first by genre and then by album title? If not is there a way to export file to excel file?

 

3. Album cover shows with individual tracks not entire album. Tony Bennett, "Playing with my Friends" show individuasl track and album cover for 5 seperate songs and the rest are bunched together as normal. What causes this and what can be done, if anything, to correct?
