Need a recording program to take optical input from BR player to record audio disks on mac.

I'm trying to import my SACD collection to a mac mini. I use http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260649643838 which strips the audio signal from the hdmi output of my Oppo BluRay player and then I send it to the mini via toslink. The oppo will output 88 but I need a program to capture the sacd in the mac. Any great programs out there?

Have you tried Audacity, the open source audio editing software?

 

Very powerful (though limited to 24/96 and below) and pretty user friendly.

Not yet Eloise. It did come up first in my google search but I was looking for a recommendation like yours. I'll give it a whirl, thanks. Anyone else have another favorite?
