Devilsound 2.1 vs HRT Music Streamer II

I'm curious who has had the chance to hear both the base model Music Streamer II (not II+ or Pro) and the Devilsound 2.1

 

I'd like the savings involved in getting an HRT MSII and am excited about getting the option of 24bit support, but the truth is that I don't have very many 24bit files and probably won't in the near future, at least enough to justify buying the unit for that feature.

 

If I go with with the MSII am I going to regret not going with the Devilsound 2.1 for day-to-day 16bit listening? What distinguishes the two from each other in sound?
