Realtek HD Audio versus E-mu 0404 PCI

I have a HP Pavilion P6280T with a Realtek HD Audio built-in sound card. I also own a E-MU 0404m PCI card. I feed the Computer into my Stereo and I am trying to decide whether to install the E-MU card. Is there a signficant difference in the sound quality produced by the E-MU card.

I cant find anything on the Realtek specs.

 

Any thoughts from the experienced folks?
