Panelhead
I looked at the Channld website and see that Pure Music 1.26 is listed instead of 1.30. Are there issues with 1.30 that make switching better? I had a high frequency noise after falling asleep with music playing and volume down. Cycled power to the Ergo to fix it. The high frequency noise is something that happens when the Ergo does not like the FW cable. But the cable used has not been an issue before. I read where an early version PV did something like that. George 2012 Mac Mini, i5 - 2.5 GHz, 16 GB RAM. SSD, PM/PV software, Focusrite Clarett 4Pre 4 channel interface. Daysequerra M4.0X Broadcast monitor., My_Ref Evolution rev a , Klipsch La Scala II, Blue Sky Sub 12 Clarett used as ADC for vinyl rips. Corning Optical Thunderbolt cable used to connect computer to 4Pre. Dac fed by iFi iPower and Noise Trapper isolation transformer. Link to comment
sidssp
1.30 wasn't very stable; I experienced a lot of crashes when oversampling turned on. 1.26 wasn't much better either in my experience. I have rolled it back to 1.23 which has been working very well. Link to comment
davidR
I was having issues with 1.3 as well. Upsampling not working at all and I could never actually quit the applicaton, because the option was grayed out. I had to force quit each time. I reported to Rob and he's very responsive as always. 1.23 works pretty well for me but I'll be waiting for the newest release. 1.3 sure sounds nice though; I like Less is More mode. david is hear[br]http://www.tuniverse.tv Link to comment
