I have the N10.  I cannot get my MAC to connect to the server.  I have the right  IP address in the window, but still no luck.  My son did a hard shut down on my MAC sometime ago, telling me as he did that there was a bad virus on my computer.  So when I click on the music folders now, they too cannot connect.  What do I do?  Do I need to delete the conductor app and start all over, or what?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  The aurender service folks have stopped responding to my emails.  In the past they have always been very good and timely.  Maybe someone is ill or on vacation, I do not know.  Anyway, a little guidance for a computer illiterate would, again, be much appreciated.  Thank you.
