Media Server spec - is this good enough?

Hello,

 

Just wondering your thoughts on the below PC as to its performance as a soley dedicated music server. It will be feeding a PS Audio DLIII Modified by Rick Cullen to Stage 3 via USB. Im on a very tight budget, so expansion slots for PCI cards and the like wont be a requirement for the foreseeable future i.e. a Lynx card.

Is the Dual Core Atom good enough?

 

Also would it be best to to use a HiFace and run a Coax cable to the DAC as opposed to a USB Cable (In my case a Wireworld Starlight). Would this get me round the 16/48 limitation of the PS DIII USB implementation?
