My current setup is Tidal Desktop App(HiFI sub) connected to my receiver via HDMI. Why do the different ways to stream it make a difference? From that thread I can tell that Chrome streams FLAC or lossless so I would guess the desktop client plays lossless but why are people saying ROON is the best sounding way to stream TIdal?
