Slow Tidal

My Tidal streaming is very slow. It's gotten to the point where I can hardly use it. I run a Dell computer with Windows 7, and a CAPS unit 4-5 years old.

 

What do i need to do to speed it up my Tidal?

 

I'm less than tech savvy, so not sure I'm even telling all that needs to be told. I am on Comcast and my internet speed is generally good. I run JRiver on my Dell and it doesn't do any heavy lifting besides running Windows, JRiver and email.

 

I wonder if my Caps configuration os slowing things down. I run a Drobo NSA unit also.

 

Can you advise me?
