I'm in trouble

I'm about to sell my PS Audio DAC to replace it with this Motu 828 m3 FireWire audio interface . I'ts not that I dont like the DAC, almost perfect. The main reason rely in the motu's EQ filtering possibilities. I'v completed quite successfully the acoustic aspect of my listening room using absorbing pannels and schroeder 2d reflector. My tri-amplification system is almost perfect. but the measured the frequency curves (using Syntra software) It still shows a couple of bumps in low mids and some in the highs. I think the next moove needs to be in the filtering correction at the source "room acoustics compensation" . I can't afford a DEQX but I saw several treads about this "new" Motu interface.

 

Is anybody can confort me about this issue, I'm about to go foreward. Mistake or not?
