Primary care pediatrician and previously a elementary school teacher for a few years and a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician for over 20 years. I've been into audio equipment since my first afterschool job while in high school, though I never really dove even the deepest of audiophile waters. I enjoy my modest system consisting of a PS Audio Perfectwave DAC fed into a Marantz PM KI Pearl amplifier and Gallo Strada speakers, with also a Gallo TR-3 subwoofer. I have about 1300 CD's, perhaps 6 Reference Recordings DVD's and maybe a dozen or so downloaded hi res files on a QNAP 219P NAS drive. Unfortunately, I lost a fair amount of my high frequency hearing at the late, lamented Fillmore East and on the sidewalks of New York.
