new and need help with making a hdtrack system

Hi. Im an audiophile for about 20 years. Im looking into getting into download hdtrack. I'd like to use a windows ten machine . Im looking at getting a Mcintosh d150 da preamp or Wadia 122. Now I don't know what format I should download the music in and what software I should be using.

 

 

What I have for equipment now . Just to get an idea.
