ErikM
Ok so here's what I've got.. I have Ethernet running to my main system via Netgear Power Line adaptors, the units that Chris mentioned.. They work great and have been for over a year. I see about 200 mbps at the units... I would LOVE to be able to hard wire to the router but it's pretty much impossible due to slab construction etc.. I'm currently using a Sonos unit and the PSA Bridge.. the Sonos has a simple 10/100 Ethernet switch built in. I run a line in and then out to the PSA Bridge. I think I'm going to get the Sonore Orbiter and I'm wondering if I should add a gigabit switch or if what I'm doing now is OK.. I guess I could also just use the Sonos wireless.. but I like the stability of wired.. any thoughts or opinions? Link to comment
