Well the New Mac Pro has no internal expansion so it won't be compatible directly; perhaps it will work with a Thunderbolt to PCIe expansion chassis. HiFi News (in the UK) has a review of a range of USB cables costing from £10 to £1000 - Audioquest Forest; Chord Signature Tuned Array; Digital Music Box Linus; Furutech GT2 Pro; In-akustik Premium; Light Harmonic Lightspeed; Nordost Blue Heaven; Signal Projects Lynx Reference; Stereolab Black Cat Silverstar! and Wirewold Silver Starlight.
