gls
Hi! Hello to all. I am a newbie to computers. I purchased a brand new C.A.P.S. v2.0 from Small Green Computers and was told that Windows 7 was installed and configured for low latency. I have added a Monitor and Mouse hoping windows will boot up for the installation of J. River but instead I am getting the following messages. (a) "e boot and select proper boot device." (b) "Insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a key." Help Please Link to comment
iago
(a) "Reboot and select proper boot device." (b) "Insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a key." First check the boot priority in the computer's BIOS. In most computers you can access it by pressing the DEL kay during boot. There should be a menu allowing you to inspect boot devices and their priority. Check that the hard drive is recognized (the HDD name will be shown, instead of just something generic). If the disk is not recognized by the BIOS, open the chassis, pull all HDD related connectors and re-insert. A loose connection may have been rattled during transport. Primary ::= Nabla music server | Mutec MC-3+USB w/ Temex LPFRS-01 RB clock | WLM Gamma Reference DAC; Secondary ::= Nabla music server | WaveIO | PrismSound Lyra Link to comment
