JRiver tips and techniques: user experiences repository

Hi guys,

 

How do you get JRiver to both rip and display compilation albums as a single entity, rather than as a bunch of shards indexed by the individual artists? I'm sure his has been asked and answered before, so I apologize for my ignorance.

Boy, do I have a lot of tags to fix. This is what happens when you collect a lot of live music.

 

I find that iTunes has a lot more metadata for bootleg CDs. The stuff I have on CD, I rip in itunes so that it gets tagged properly. For bootleg FLACs I dont know what you do, other than use the JRiver Libary Tools>Fill Properties fom Filename command.
