New computer for music prod and video editting ?

So, I have enough my computer which is msi atom n455, 1 gb ram, 160 GB HDD (I cant make any serious project no doubt)

 

I decided to buy a new one and heres my budget: 500 - 700 euro (Im live in Ireland)

 

and actually I dunno what computer but used or new? I have some my favs that I list below:

I want computer that wont lagg when I will creating music, my music genre is hip hop so many vst such as: edirol orchestral, east west symphonia, philharmonic, and nexus. The video editing for me is too important I have DSLR camera and I wanna work on my movie projects with good quality (fast rendering and bunch effect like color correction)
