Mapleshade Upgraded Sirocco speakers Vs Audioengine A5+ Vs. A2

The Cambridge S30 speakers seem to get attention by users out there. I looked at the specs and seemed pretty impressive. I then looked at the Mapleshade modded Sirocco version of this speakers on the web for more than double the price. Is it really that good? The site says it bests $1000 speakers.

How these compare against the Audioengine A5+ speakers? And A2? Something tells me the standard bookshelf S30 speakers will murder the A2 in sound. But I don't know for sure. Has anyone owned any of these and compared the two or three?

 

 

I am looking for something that has smooth continuous flowing bass. I learned that lack of having bass really hurts overall listening experience. I am a treble-head guy but got tired of sounding small and fast bit bass. It sounds like crap. I still need good amount of treble. Anyone has comments?
