Headphone Jack functionality

I'm a newbie here, and am in the process of putting together a desktop system based around the Wadia 151 PowerDAC mini. The unit lacks a headphone amp. Will the computer's regular headphone jack still function once the Wadia is connected/installed? Would a USB headphone amp work on the same PC if Wadia is connected? Thanks in advance for your advice.
