is there a good Network Player with HDMI arc?

I have only one room where I have a TV, Krell Integrated Amp, a pair of Dynaudio speakers and an Oppo 105. I stream music from Tidal Qobuz and from my home network.

 

The Oppo does it all, I listen to my HiRes music and The TV is connected via HDMI ARC so I can watch movies and get good sound.  I don´t care about 5.1 or 7.1 

 

I would like to upgrade the Oppo 105 with  new Network Player DAC but I can´t find anything with an  HDMI ARC input.

 

Does anyone knows of a Network Player with an HDMI ARC input?
