I'll be streaming over ethernet from a Win10/JRMC PC running 24/7 in another room. The amp & speakers aren't an issue. The controller will be an iPad Air. All that's needed are streamer & DAC. I've narrowed it down to one of the following: 1. Aries Mini > Wired4Sound Recovery > Emotiva DC-1 > (Amp/Speakers) or 2. Cambridge Audio CXN (streamer, dac, pre) > (Amp/Speakers) #2 is cleaner and, as an added bonus, it's $200 less. Any thoughts?

Hi all -- first post, total noob. I have been trying to get DSD via AES/EBU into my W4S DSDse. Is DSD available via AES, or only USB on this DAC? So far, I've only been able to get DSD DoP to work, which shows AES/EBU 176k4 on the screen. I'm running JRiver on a Win 7 machine with a Lynx AES16e board installed. Any insights welcomed. Thank you in advance for sharing your time and expertise.

Hey there. I have a PS-1 in mint condition for sale with three modules (and cables) included. It's modular design allows up to four devices to be powered at once, and they can even be different voltages. The PS-1 has four power zones in back. Each power zone holds a power module. Each power module can be set to one of four voltages (5v, 9v, 12v, 15v) and can power one device. I bought brand new from Wyred 4 Sound and have used it to power up to three different devices myself, including Chord 2Qute, SOtM sMS-200, and SOtM tX-USBultra. It's bloody brilliant, but I recently sold my sMS-200 and 2Qute, so I really only need a power supply for the tX-USBultra. Retail on the PS-1 with three modules is $700, plus shipping. I am looking to get SOLD $500, asking buyer pay PP fees and shipping. Pics up shortly. Thanks for looking!
