View Classified Chord Ultima 6 (Black) Up for sale is a Chord Ultima 6 that I originally purchased from Moon Audio in 2021, rated at 180W per channel, but measured by Chord at 312 Watts into an 8 Ohm load and 484 Watts into 4 Ohms. It comes with the original packaging, including the power cord and instruction manual. I used it daily for approximately 2 years for home listening and mastering recordings. No scratches as far as I can tell, but you be the judge. I mainly listen to (and play) jazz and classical, and the highlights of this amplifier for these genres is its timing/speed/coherence, its wide soundstage, and its dynamic subtlety and range. I'm selling my all my high-end equipment after a work-related hazard left me with hyperacusis about a year ago, making it difficult to enjoy music in the same way. With no improvement after seeing multiple specialists, I've decided its time for someone else to enjoy my stuff. If you want a truly miraculous pairing with this amplifier that comes close to the experience of live music, please see my other advertisements for Chord Dave DAC (SOLD), which does not need to be combined with a preamp in this pairing, as well as the RAAL SR1As. I'm open to offers, especially if you want to buy what I have listed as a set, but I'm already selling at a very competitive price. Please let me know if you have any questions. A forum member who bought my DAVE tested the amp in-person on 2/24 and can verify that it functions. Buyer pays shipping. Local pickup from Baltimore, MD. SOLD Selling my much loved Revel Ultima Gem speakers with Revel Gem stands. These speakers were manufactured in 2003 and 2004, respectively. The speakers are in 8/9 condition, one speaker stand has a mark on the 'post' (see pic) and a few very small marks on the bases of the speaker stands. I am the second owner. I have the original shipping boxes. I purchased these around 2007. These have the optional high-gloss heather grey paint finish and optional aluminum side panels. They have adjustable front tweeters and adjustable rear-firing tweeters. These are truly world-class stand mount speakers. They throw an enormous sound stage and super precise images and layering. The rear-firing tweeter creates an amazing sense of air. They are amazingly detailed, clear and neutral. I preferred the Gems to the Wilson Duettes and the Joseph Audio Pulsars. They are built like tanks (48 pounds each speaker). The build quality is as good as it gets. These speakers represented Harmon International's all out assault on state of the art speakers. They do not disappoint and they can still go toe to toe with any other stand mount speakers. Review: https://www.stereophile.com/standloudspeakers/89/index.html Interesting tid bit, the Gems appeared in Nancy Meyers' film What Women Want starring Mel Gibson 😁 Msrp: $9,500 Sales Price: $3,700 Buyer pays shipping and Paypal fees
