Hey everyone, I recently bought a used CD that plays fine, except one track, that "skips" for a few seconds when I play the CD in my car. I tried to import the CD into iTunes to see if it still had the same problem, but I noticed that the track that skipped in my car plays totally fine when imported. Why is this? Is it because of the CD or my car's player? Thanks.

We are running the Auralic Aries on a wireless connection (on a dynamic address with Comcast). Initially we were able to listen wirelessly to our music library (AIFF files) running off a NAS server without the music stuttering. Now after a few months, and some updates to our music library, about 30 or so seconds into a song, it stutters/skips and continues to stutter. Radio works fine. We've ran a CAT6 cable with no stuttering. BUT, and here is the big BUT, the music sounds so much warmer, welcoming, interesting with a wireless connection (using a MAC6700 by McIntosh with Rockport Atria speakers). Anyone have a suggestion as to how to fix this. We are waiting for support from Auralic and hope to hear back but in the meantime this is killing me.

I have my USB DAC connected to my Win7 HTPC running foobar in DS mode. Every song skips at the end. It's a weird thing. When the track is about to finish (about 5 left) its skips and goes back a few seconds and does it again. It's almost like a broken record for any of you who remember those days. I've tried playing with the buffer but no luck. Does anybody have an idea of what's going on? PS I have also check system latency with a program called DPC Latency checker and says it should be able to handle streaming with no problem.
