  1. @David Craff I wonder if you can explain something? I raised a ticket with Qobuz Support about some albums which had become suddenly unavailable. At first I was advised to submit a catalogue request but I explained that these albums had been available - I noticed because they were in one of my playlists - but now they were not. The response was just that they have been "withdrawn from the catalogue". Is this a common occurrence to only have music for a limited time? I subscribed mainly because the catalogue looked good and presumed it would get bigger, not smaller. The music in quest
  2. Service seems better now. Managed to send Qobuz a list of missing music (4 complete albums and many missing tracks on 3 other albums).

  4. Tried to report online via Qobuz Webplayer to Customer Service but that failed.
  5. Getting an Error 500 (server issue) - cannot access lots of the catalogue. I'm in the UK.

  7. Just checked on my Windows Qobuz app and it shows stream play at 24/192 but the album indicates 24/44.1. It does sound good though! In Windows webplayer it shows album and stream play both at 24/192.
  8. Glad you found it! I have also read that (somewhere) about profile image change being disabled. Used to be that it could be changed via Facebook but that meant using Facebook. Qobuz keeps improving and with more countries now able to use the service and Tidal users looking for a more honest sound, hope for the future.
  9. I don't use iOS but imagine settings would be similar. I have full screen turned off in WinOS in both the app and web player. I find that under my moniker, then settings>display.
  10. Here, apparently although a week ago I asked the same question directly to Qobuz support and the response was there is no official forum but they're working on one. Report here and hope for the best?
  11. What happens when you tap the AZ (in blue) - do you not get the choice of arrange by added date or album or artist?

I know that one can display the playlist as albums/releases but when one creates a playlist and want to add in an album (or correct a playlist) especially for putting all albums/releases in correct recording date order, album display is not available so one has to drag all tracks individually to their correct place. It would be much easier to be able to drag complete albums which looks like it should be available but it is not.
  13. Should I be able to view my playlists as albums when modifying on a Windows PC? I use both web browser and Qobuz app for Windows and only see tracks if I need to modify or edit. One of my playlists has 494 tracks from 38 albums. If I make a mistake in the order, it can be very painstaking to move a whole lot of tracks to their correct place in the list, it would be easier to only move complete albums.
