  1. It based only just my/our experience, our customers who want a music server would like to step forward step by step, included all parts inside. The users of music servers are different than streamers, looking for an options, new solutions, cards, processors, clocks, inside cabling etc. And every few detail matters + the audiophile IEC upgrade is not a horrible cost compared with other parts. The other reason is : at the FC10 case the full power off is not an option now (only just unplug the power cable). If you use OCXO clock solutions, and other PSUs sometimes it is a problem after shuttin
  2. Thank you Anwar again for your work! My question is the IEC inlet. Furutech and other companies are making really good IEC sockets with or without fuse option and gold plated/rhodium plated versions but unfortunately not with switch option. The others on the market are very very low quality. Did you find a good quality one?
  3. At the end of this week the first package of our USB P24 cards are shipping to the customers. Thank you guys for the patience! Viktor
  4. Congrats Anwar! Nice idea and add flexibility for FC10 users. My preferred version will be the 1 low profile bracket and 2pcs normal bracket, hope in the near future Streacom will introduce that version too.
  5. Some pics about the OCXO version:
  6. Hi Dev, thanks for your comment. We are looking for a solution how to upgrade a card with external DC across the bracket (maybe our users can choose an option: external DC or external clock IN) The onboard dc socket wasn’t an option, it makes a degradation in SQ.
  7. Hi Nenon, first of all thank you for your kindly words. Of course we can discuss about the test card, the details we can fix in pm. About the USB cards and the design of our cards: I got a lot of question why planned that card with XO + OCXO PLL? Maybe it will be easier (and better?) to use 24 MHz OCXO on our cards than XO+OCXO? We have some year experience (our development teammates 15-30 years/person) HQ oscillator module development. At Core Audio we are using MasterClock panels (mono clocks, biclocks, triclocks with 1-2-3pcs XOs and 1pc OCXO) to make
  8. Yes, we are using the same.
  9. Hi Matt, do you know which type of chipset is preferred by Emile? I didn’t find it. thanks, Viktor
  10. Hi Savalox, thanks for the question: “As far as availability and prices, I can share the following actual infos: - USB P24 card: 300 € gross enduser price Early bird introductory price: gross 250 € till May 31, 2021 - USB P24 OCXO card: 490 € gross enduser price Early bird introductory price: gross 400 € till May 31, 2021 We appreciate the loyalty of those already chosen our USB cards! Best regards: the Core Audio team” About the clock connectivity: i’ll share some pictures about the clock connection between our P24
  11. We finished some weeks ago our first own developed USB card family’s first two pieces: - USB P24 - USB P24 OCXO I am planning to finalize on our webpage the USB card’s subpage. Some parameters about the cards: 1. USB P24: - 2pcs USB 3.0 port - low profile bracket option - normal bracket with external 24MHz clock input (miniXLR socket) - 4pin molex inside PSU connection ([email protected] DC) 2. USB P24 OCXO: - 2pcs USB 3.0 port - low profile bracket option - normal bracket with external 10MHz clock input (miniXLR
  12. Hi Matt, as i know Audirvana is now available as native app. Viktor
  13. Hi Everyone, we finished in the past weeks the new 2021 model of the DAIDO Barebone Entry. Changes: - new PSU model (just few modification, refreshing with some new parts, de basic is the same as earlier) Nichicon FineGold capacitors, 110.000uF - unique designed toroidal transformers (2pcs, 250VA/ea), antivibration damping, triple shielded - UPOCC inside cabling - soft start option - only mini ITX MB compatible Thank you, Viktor ps. tha last picture is the Core Audio DAIDO based on the same solution.
  14. Thanks :) The clock boards what we make have 2 SIN ans 3 HCMOS outputs/oscillator. And that measurement isn’t only just the oscillator’s data, it produce these parameters when it works in the PCB clock board.
  15. Yes, maybe 100kHz is true. As i sad earlier a clock designer have a choice with their clock PCB: nearest or distant noise is the most important development point for the application (or frequency accuracy etc.). That is a measurement of our 49.152 TCXO clock with FSWP:
