Great idea and sounds fun. We appreciate any suggestions, as always, and am sure there will be some real winners. However, please know that we have a very long list of changes and improvements on our roadmap that are scheduled out for months. Some of you may have noticed many Qobuz improvements already and more are on the way. The engineering team is always running full-out and they are about as regimented of a team as you'll likely ever see. Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing suggestions that aren't already on the roadmap. Thanks for the post.

Hi everyone, You’ll all find tracks and or labels being added as time passes. Some deals aren’t done, but this is, was the same for all streaming services. When I started w Tidal, we had 32 million cuts. Now they’re at 48. If you expect everything to be here day one, you may be disappointed. We also have some tracks mislisted. These are being reviewed and corrected as well. All of these small hiccups are normal and expected. Good news: It only gets better from here.

Hi guys, thanks for the heads up. This sounds like a more global issue, but while we’ve switched to bets for US A and are switching servers, we expect some glitches. Hope you’re not in the line of fire, but wanted to let you all know so you wouldn’t totally flip out when there are. All the the best and happy the problem was solved.

Steve, Sorry for the delay, however with all due respect, the only reason you’re baffled, is that you’re not on the teams trying their best everyday to make this happen. There are moving and appearing hoops that we expect no one to understand, but rest assured, the team is firing on all eight cylinders. This is a very difficult task and we’re making progress everyday. The beta is being tested now, so we shouldn’t be much longer. I promise you’ll be much happier with a service working as good as possible when we do launch. (No animals have been harmed during this ar

Hi Austinpop, I have brought this to the attention of the engineers. they are looking into this mislabeling as it seems to be in a good number of places. I was in Van Morrison today and there was one mislabeled there too. They are aware of this and there's no bait and switch as reported in an earlier post. You see the sampling rate and word depth upon hitting play. This is a simple coding mistake and is being addressed. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Sal, Let me clarify. It's like Apple in that you can download music that you can purchase on our site. If you belong to the top tier, it will cost about the same as an mp3 from Apple. With Tidal, you can offline only to your phone. With Qobuz, you can also offline anything on the site to your computer at the resolution on the site. When I say "true" resolution, there is no special encoding/decoding process other than rendering a FLAC file, so any DAC that will resolve 24/192 can playback in full resolution on any device that can do the same. All of the
