  1. Thanks! I have Qobuz, will check it out.
  2. Is anyone familiar with this recording? https://www.eclassical.com/mozart-symphonies-nos-39-40-41.html Thanks. Jim
  3. Just updated my microrendu 1.4 to OS 2.6. Now Lumin can't find it. I am running mr/LPS1 to Berkeley USB to SPDIF converter to Schiit Yggy. Lumin can see my NAS but not the microrendu. Never had a problem before. Help please. Never mind. Got it started by saving changes in MPD/DLNA settings even though there were no changes. Go figure.
  4. Wow, pretty close for me as well. Adrian just received mine today.
  5. Looking for that Loyalty Discount email for previous customers of the regen and LPS-1. :-)
  6. Thanks John. Not sure what VA capacity I need. I have a turntable, CD Player/Transport, Network Player, DAC, Preamp, 2 mono amps, urendu, USB?SPDIF Converter. Any recommendation? 7. John, regarding an isolation transformer, something like this? https://www.amazon.com/Tripp-Lite-Isolation-Transformer-Outlet/dp/B00006HPFH If not, would you recommend something? Thanks, Jim
  8. The Schiit DACs need substantial break-in time and also need to be on for at least 24 if not 48 hrs straight to sound their best. I am guessing that was your Schiit that you brought to the dealer, so it probably needed additional break-in time besides the "on" time. Were the other 2 DACs brand new and cold started as well? If not, you didn't have anywhere near a good A_B test.
  9. Minimserver works great! Jim

  11. Hi John, It was a new cable that I thought I would try. I am going to send it back and use an unfiltered USB cable such as the Supra which I used with the Regen. Here is the response from Steven Hill with Straight Wire: We have found that many component mfgs have recently employed slight filters on the data path The cumulative effect causes the signal to not be recognized. Many people are using the USBF with great results – but your situation is not uncommon. Some people are adding external devices into the signal path with filtering that will cause the same issue We are working on a power only filtering USB that should be available in October.

  13. Ha! Yes, of course, that is my plan if I am unable to get the filtered cable to work. Благодаря!
