Max Settings for Itunes Importing

I’m using MAX to create AIF files and then import them into itunes. I know some people use the itunes to create copies and this may be the way forward (to be convinced)

 

Can anyone give me the exact settings I need to make the best possible copies? Its not as complicated as EAC as I have a PC but that looks just one step too far to rip a complete library. MAX seems a reasonable compromise with easy artwork, tagging etc…But there are a few tweaks.

 

Can anyone advise before I absorb hours into this activity.?
